Executive Director/BRIDGES Director
Rhonda is a strong advocate for high quality services for vulnerable populations. She specializes in developing and overseeing new and innovative programs, which provide a wide variety of academic and social skills for adults and children. Her commitment to families, children, and youth, and to high-quality programs spans a timeframe of more than two decades.
Rhonda received an Associate in Arts Degree from Palm Beach State College, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Management (Cum Laude) from Palm Beach Atlantic University, with a concentration in Human Resource Management. And she has earned her Certified Program Planner (CPP) certification from the LERN Institute.
Hilda joined our center in 2004 and worked on various positions, including Administrative Assistant, Outreach Coordinator and currently as Parent Educator, whose tasks involve helping parents manage their children’s behavior and emotions in a constructive and non-hurtful ways. One of her favorite topics: positive disciplining – expressing anger without yelling and inspiring parents to improve family relationships. She completed high school in Columbia and in the United States, she went to Palm Beach State College for a certified program as administrative assistant and trained on TP Provider and community engagement.
Annette Ferrer has over 20 years of experience servicing families with affordable housing. She has always loved to help the community and what better way than to join our team as an Outreach Coordinator where she can offer her great personality and excellent customer service.
Annette continues to update her skills and knowledge through participation in professional courses and seminars. She is excited and looks forward in building a long lasting relationship with the community and her team.

Site Administrator/BRIDGES Assistant Director
Saidy is the Site Administrator/BRIDGES Assistant Director at Lake Worth West program. She has worked as a social worker for more than 12 years helping parents and their children. She studied international commerce for four years at Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia. She is now working on getting a management and supervision degree. What she likes most about her job is: “the intersection with the families and to be able to help them fulfill their basic needs and improving their lifestyles.”
Child Development Specialist
Veronica is the Child Development Specialist at our BRIDGES at Lake Worth West. She has 10 years of experience working with parents and their children from birth to age eight. She has an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Development and she is certified as a National Child Development Specialist. Veronica is dedicated and passionate about working with families and helping them improve their education.
Jennie is the Navigator at our BRIDGES at Lake Worth West program. Working for nonprofits for more than 20 years, she is responsible for developing and implementing all outreach and marketing activities, reports, campaigns and strategies to promote alternative programs. A graduate of Lake Worth High School, she enjoys educating and empowering families for a better future with their children.
